Definitions
Within these conditions of sale, Levershire Ltd shall be referred
to as "The Vendor" and the customer shall be referred to "The Buyer".
Orders placed by the Buyer and accepted by the Vendor are deemed
to be in accordance with these conditions which shall take precedence
over any and all Buyer's conditions of purchase.
Delivery,
Title and Risk
The
Products will be delivered at the address supplied by the Buyer.
Risk passes on delivery. Title to products passes to Buyer when
full payment is made. Buyer agrees that Vendor shall not be laible
for any direct, indirect or consequential losses occuring as a result
of Vendor's failure to meet relevant delivery times.
Acceptance
Of Products
Unless the buyer shall, promptly after delivery, inspect the products
and notify the Vendor in writing of any defects found, the Products
shall be deemed to have been accepted on delivery.

Buyer
shall properly use the Products
Price and Payment
Payment shall be made in full before supply of Products, unless
otherwise agreed with the Vendor. The Price of the Products shall
be the quoted price. Cancellation of orders will not be accepted
other than by prior agreement and written confimation from the vendor
before goods are despatched.
Force
Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay caused by circumstances
beyond its reasonable control and the party in delay shall be entitled
to a reasonable extension of time.
Claims
The Vendor must be notified of any damages or short delivery of
goods within 24 hours of receipt of goods, and within 5 days from
the date of order of non-delivery.The Vendor shall not be held responsible
for any consequential loss or damage to any party resulting from
the purchase or use of any products sold by them.
